Health Ministry announces states for which negative result of PCR test is demanded to enter Moldova

Chisinau, 31 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Health Ministry has announced the list of states for which the presentation of the negative result for the RT-PCR test is demanded at crossing the border to enter Moldova. The list contains 45 countries and will enter into force on 3 January.

According to the Health Ministry, the list was worked out in accordance with the decision of the National Extraordinary Public Health Commission and will be valid for seven days. The list includes also the countries where Moldovan fellow countrymen work, among which Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Ireland, France, Canada the United Kingdom.

The list is updated once in seven days on Fridays and enters into force on Mondays of the next week. The index for the inclusion in the list of states represents the incidence of infection with COVID-19 higher or equal with 350 cases per 100,000 residents.
