58 teachers from all over Moldova to participate in Teacher of Year contest

Chisinau, March 21 / MOLDPRES /- The Ministry of Education and Research announced today that it is organizing on 28 March -22 April 2022 republican stage of Teacher of the Year contest. The competition will be attended by 58 teachers from all over the country.

It will take place online in two phases. In the first phase, March 28-April 7, 2022, the members of the Commission will examine the files of the contest participants and will evaluate the candidates for the oral test "Professional Intelligence", selecting the candidates who will enter the second phase. In the second phase of the competition, between April 8 and April 22, 2022, participants will take the following tests: "Public time", "Ad-hoc ingenuity test" and homework - the speech "In the name of the future".

The best teachers in the general education system will be awarded in the categories: teacher, teacher, educator. The winners of the first prize from each nomination will be awarded the Teacher of the Year trophy and a cash prize of 50 thousand lei. The holders of the second prize will receive 25 thousand lei and the Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Research, and the third place winners will be offered a prize worth 15 thousand lei and the Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Research.
