Reports for fiscal periods to be presented from 1 January 2023 only electronically

Chisinau, 4 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- The State Tax Service has warned that starting from 1 January 2023 reports will only be submitted electronically by all taxpayers (legal entities or private people carrying out entrepreneurial or professional activity), regardless of the number of employees, and resident persons who direct a percentage of the income tax calculated annually to the budget.

According to the institution, the reports must be submitted electronically for fiscal periods from 1 January.

"Except for private peopole who do not carry out entrepreneurial activity and do not pay the 2% income tax, and the presentation of statements using the automated electronic reporting methods is optional," SFS said.
