Moldovan diplomacy head pays working visit to Brussels

Chisinau, 20 April /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister, Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Nicu Popescu pays a working visit to Brussels on 20-22 April.
According to the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s (MAEIE) press service, the foreign affairs minister will present Moldova’s Contribution to the EU’s Enlargement Review for 2023.
Also, Nicu Popescu will have meetings with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, director general of the Directorate-General Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations Gert-Jan Koopman and Deputy Director-General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Katariná Mathernová, NATO officials, as well as European officials.
On the sidelines of the visit to Brussels, the deputy PM will discuss also the organization by Moldova of the summit of the European Political Community on 1 June 2023. Also, the Moldovan official will give several interviews for the European media.
