Agenda for next week's Parliament plenary session completed

Chisinau, April 21 /MOLDPRES/- The agenda for the plenary sessions on April 27 and 28 has been completed. Parliament standing bureau approved the supplement to the agenda today.
MPs will consider in the first reading a draft law on the selection and performance evaluation of judges, as well as the draft on the ratification of Protocol No16 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Also, amendments to several normative acts will be proposed for consideration: the Law on free economic zones, the Law on public-private partnership, the Law on physical culture and sports, the Law on children's rights and amendments to the Customs Code and the fiscal one.
MPs are to adopt in the second reading amendments to some normative acts aimed at related aspects of corporate governance and the capital market, facilitating the activity of the business environment, as well as the development of remote businesses in the Republic of Moldova. Also in the second reading, the draft amendment to the Vine and Wine Law will be examined.
At the plenary sessions of April 27-28, the draft amendment to the Law on the Supreme Court of Justice and the Law on the external evaluation of judges and candidates for judge podition of the Supreme Court will be proposed for adoption.
At the same time, the activity report for 2022 of the National Center for Personal Data Protection will be presented in the plenary session of the Parliament.
