Moldovan Constitutional Court's session on verifying constitutionality of Shor Political Party postponed

Chisinau, 17 May /MOLDPRES/ - The session of the Constitutional Court (CCM) on the consideration of the government’s notification on the verification of the constitutionality of the Shor Political Party has been postponed for 12 June.
CCM President Nicolae Rosca informed that the final pleadings would be announced at the session due on 12 June.
„The materials of the case have been brought to knowledge. Each side received their copies. The Shor Political Party got the copies of all acts annexed to the file. At the same time, the opinion of the lawyers and representatives of the Shor Political Party was unveiled. The other representatives, who were present at the session, made statements through opinions, commentaries and putting questions on the aforementioned documents. The Constitutional Court’s plenum announces interruption for the preparation and presentation of the final pleadings,’’ Nicolae Rosca said.
The continuation of the session will be held on 12 June starting from 10:00.
The process of consideration of the government’s notification on the verification of the Shor Political Party’s constitutionality started on 10 May.
