Romania provides 5,000 scholarships to Moldovan young people

Chisinau, 22 June /MOLDPRES/ - The Ministry of Education and Scientific Research of Romania has provided 5,000 places for the education of young Moldovans in the 2015-2016 academic year.

According to a press release by the Romanian Embassy in Chisinau, 1,500 scholarships were made available for pre-university education, 2,800 for higher education, cycle I, 550 for master degree, 25 for residential education and 125 were provided for doctoral programmes for Moldova in 2015.

Places with scholarships and exempted from school-tax, subsidised by Romania, will be provided depending on the academic average grade of the candidate.

The files will be submitted personally in Chisinau, Cahul and Balti, in the presence of joint commissions on 17-31 July. The schedule of the commissions' work will be provided subsequently.
