Moldova, Poland sign memorandum of understanding in information, communications area

Chisinau, 26 June /MOLDPRES/ - The Moldovan Information Technology and Communications Ministry and Polish Administration and Digitisation Ministry signed a memorandum of understanding in administrative management in Chisinau today.

Acting Information Technology and Communications Minister Pavel Filip highlighted that the Moldovan-Polish cooperation ties in IT area had already shown prodigious collaboration possibilities.

„Together we have implemented more projects in information and communications sector, Polish colleagues also making the expertise of the draft law on associative infrastructure. This experience makes us be confident that the memorandum will become a strong platform for developing ties in continuation and a valuable contribution in the digital area,” Filip said.

For his part, Polish Administration and Digitisation Minister Andrzei Halicki revealed the importance of experience transfer in the field of modern technologies. „Poland faces the same problem as to electronic services; therefore, this memorandum will be mutually useful. We will share our competences and will back actions meant to lead to a united Europe,” Halicki said.
