Moldovan deputy foreign minister attends Eastern Partnership informal meeting

Chisinau, 29 June /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova’s delegation, led by Deputy Foreign and European Integration Minister Daniela Cujba participated in the fifth meeting of the Informal Eastern Partnership (EaP) dialogue in Minsk, Belarus, today, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.
Attending the event were foreign ministers of EU and EaP members, as well as European Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn.
The officials addressed the prospects, provocations and future of EaP, in line with needs and individual expectations of partners, and cooperation prospects of EU mirrored inclusively in the Declaration of Riga Summit.
Daniela Cujba reiterated the importance to boost bilateral ties within the partnership by a differentiated approach, depending on needs and progress achieved by partners and implementation of more for more principle.
Cujba also presented Moldova’s position as to reviewing of the European Neighbourhood Policy, initiative of the European Commission and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
