Hot weather forecast in Moldova for next seven days

Chisinau, 30 June /MOLDPRES/- The State Hydro-meteorological Service has forecast a maximal air temperature of +34 Celsius degrees during the day for 1-7 July.

Thunderstorm showers are expected in some regions on 1 July and in most areas on 2 July, with no essential precipitation forecast for the next days.

The night-time air temperature will gradually increase from +13 - +18 to +16 - +19 degrees.

During the day, the air temperature will gradually increase from +22 - +27 degrees to +28 - +34 degrees.

According to State Hydro-meteorological Service's multi-annual data /1886-2014/ on this period, the highest air temperature in Chisinau was +37 degrees Celsius on 30 June 1938 and the lowest - +9.9 degrees Celsius on 30 June 1962.
