Chisinau, 22 July /MOLDPRES/ - Owners of lands situated beyond the Ribnita-Tiraspol highway, who in the spring of 2014 had no access to work their lands due to the Transnistrian structures'actions, will receive 1.146 million lei, earmarked from the state budget for 2015, according to a today cabinet decision.
The financial means of 13.4 million lei were planned in the law on state budget for 2014. The respective amount was allotted in order to partly compensate costs covered by the mentioned land owners for 2014 crops.
Subsequently, it was decided to reduce allocations down to the level of production costs, respectively to 11.9 million lei. The requests of some farmers have been postponed due to the reason that they did not work their lands for more than three years and have concluded rental agreements with representatives of Dubasari structures.
The central commission in charge of solving this issue, upon the request of the local public administration, re-examined the files and worked out an additional list of beneficiaries of partly compensations in amount of 1.146 million lei.
„It is very good that we manage to pay this debt for 2014. Farmers from Dubasari district, lands owners, are unfortunately in a critical situation this year too. We are to continue efforts in order to unblock this situation, but we have also to be ready for support measures by the government for 2015, which is a complicated one,” Acting Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Victor Osipov said.
