Moldovan premier asks ministers to draw up sectoral action plans for August 2015 - November 2018

Chisinau, 3 August /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Valeriu Strelet has asked ministers to draw up the sectoral action plans for the period of the cabinet’s mandate (August 2015 - November 2018), the government’s communication and media relations department has reported.
The premier made the request at an operative cabinet meeting today morning. "Proceeding from the government's action programme, I demand that you present the action plans for the areas you manage in a short period, so that we have the action plan for the implementation of the government's action programme for the period August 2015 - November 2018 ready within three weeks at the latest," said Valeriu Strelet.
The prime minister also asked the colleagues to present weekly plans of the institutions they lead at each operative meeting.
The prime minister reiterated that the implementation of Moldova's European agenda remained the main priority of the government and required the active involvement of each institution. "Urgently review the projects stemming from the government's action programme, as well as the previous action plans on the implementation of the Moldova-EU Association Agreement. Please get actively involved", said the prime minister.
Prime Minister Valeriu Strelet reiterated the government's priorities: macro-financial stability, energy security, fighting corruption and reforming the justice sector, protection of socially vulnerable people, security and reintegration of the country, as well as other important areas.
The government will hold working operative meetings in the beginning of each week.
