Moderately warm, rainy weather forecast in Moldova for next seven days

Chisinau, 18 August /MOLDPRES/ - The State Hydro-meteorological Service has forecast a maximal air temperature of +30 Celsius degrees during the day for 19-25 August.

Variable cloud is forecast for this period. Light rains are expected on the first days, and no essential precipitation is forecast for the second part of the period.

The night-time air temperature will gradually increase from +12 - +17 degrees to +15 and +20 degrees.

During the day, the maximal air temperature will rise from +19 - +24 degrees to +25 - +30 degrees.

According to the State Hydro-meteorological Service's multi-annual data /1886-2014/ on this period, the highest air temperature in Chisinau was +37.8 degrees Celsius on 19 August 1946 and the lowest - +9.4 degrees Celsius on 19 August 1893.
