Moldovan deputy foreign minister attends meeting of Eastern Partnership high officials

Chisinau, 22 April /MOLDPRES/-Deputy Foreign and European Integration Minister Daniela Morari attended the meeting of high-officials of the Eastern Partnership countries, in Brussels, on 21 April, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.
During the talks, Morari touched upon the efforts Moldovan authorities are taking to boost up the implementation of reforms and commitments provided in Moldova-EU Association Agreement.
Representatives of member-countries of the Eastern Partnership and EU member-states made a wide exchange of views on the Eastern Partnership’s development prospects, in the context of the review exercise of the European Neighborhood Policy (ENP). To this effect, the officials focused on stability, as it is a priority aiming to guide and back the stability within the Eastern Partnership, both bilaterally and multilaterally.
The sides have also discussed preparatory measures for the annual meeting of foreign ministers of the Eastern Partnership states, due in Brussels, on 23 May 2016. They have also broached the organization of the next Eastern Partnership Summit in 2017.
