Moldovan foreign ministry's secretary-general visits Estonia

Chisinau, 29 April /MOLDPRES/ - Secretary-General of the Foreign and European Integration Ministry Anatol Vangheli paid a working visit to Estonia on 27-29 April, in the context of the inter-ministerial consultations, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.
The visit’s agenda included a string of meetings at the Foreign Ministry with Secretary General Rainer Saks, under-secretaries Tõnis Saar and Väino Reinart. The sides exchanged opinions on bilateral fields of mutual interest and work of the foreign ministries.
The Moldovan official visited the Centre of Eastern Partnership and the School of Diplomacy from Estonia, where young diplomats and civil servants from Moldova are annually trained. Also, the secretary-general took knowledge of the mechanism of the work of the digital society from Estonia, within the visit to the e-Estonia Showroom.
At the same time, the Moldovan official considered the work of the honorary consuls Tiit Vapper and Einar Vallbaum, in order to turn to account the opportunities and potential of development of cooperation in the trade, economic, social and humanitarian sector, as well as their contribution to strengthening the Moldovan-Estonian friendship relations.
At the visit, the secretary-general attended an event of marking Moldova’s National Flag Day at the headquarters of the embassy and had discussions with representatives of Moldovans’ community from Estonia.
