Moldovan PM signs in condolence book for Istanbul victims

Chisinau, 30 June /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Pavel Filip today laid flowers at and signed in the condolence book opened at the Embassy of Turkey in Chisinau, in the memory of the Istanbul terror attack victims, the government’s communication and media relations department has reported.
The prime minister expressed sympathy and solidarity with the Turkish people and the families of those who suffered, stressing that the terrorist attacks were the most aggressive crimes against the mankind. “I am firmly sure that, only through joint efforts of international community, we will put an end to this scourge, which seriously affects the entire mankind,” reads a message signed by Pavel Filip.
Forty three people died and over 230 were injured in the wake of the terror attacks which occurred at the Istanbul-based Ataturk Airport late on 28 June. According to official information, no Moldovans are among the victims.
