Moldovan Government Coalition Council assesses stage of priority reforms' implementation

Chisinau, 6 July /MOLDPRES/ - The Government Coalition Council (CCG), at a 5 July meeting, assessed the phase of implementation of the priority reforms, provided for in the Roadmap with the European Union, and tackled at negotiations with the International Monetary Fund.
According to the CCG press service, the participants in the meeting discussed the need to continue, at a high pace, “the reforms in justice and financial and banking sector, implementation of anticorruption measures and the ones aimed to improve the business and investment environments.”
The Government Coalition Council also reviewed the principal subjects on this week parliamentary agenda, pointing out more drafts meant to back consumers by introducing guarantees for goods purchased.
Also, in the context of the need to strengthen the state’s budgetary capacities, the participants in the meeting also approached “the central public administration reform, as well as ways to increase incomes and optimize public spending,” the CCG press service said.
The subjects discussed by the Government Coalition Council are to be promoted on the agendas of the parliament and government.
