Chisinau, 13 July /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Pavel Filip, in the beginning of a today’ cabinet meeting, demanded full carrying out of an action plan to settling problems in the sector of medicines and drug stores, approved in last March.
The PM warned Health Minister Ruxanda Glavan and Director General of the Medicines Agency Vladislav Zara over the procrastination of the plan’s implementation. “There are arrears in the plan’s enforcement. Thus, only five out of 23 actions, due to be carried out till 1 July, have been fulfilled on term, and 18 actions were not or were partially carried out,” Pavel Filip said.
The prime minister noted that he had demanded a report. Yet, instead of concrete deeds and measures, he received “some explanations and more excuses and silence. This is unacceptable.”
The prime minister asked decision-makers of the sector till 14 July to ponder over the steps to be followed and present solutions due to be discussed at a cabinet meeting.
