Chisinau, 19 July /MOLDPRES/ - About 100 representatives of the business environment from both banks of Dniester will benefit from trainings in business and will have possibility to take part in local fairs, economic assemblies, as well as probations in Austria and Germany, through a new project financed by the European Union.
At the launch event, the deputy president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), Sergiu Harea, stressed that the project would be held in July 2016 – November 2017, within the programme, Support to Confidence Building Measures, implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Moldova. The project includes a regional component, to promote exchange of experience and boost cooperation relations between enterprises from both banks of Dniester.
“Enterprises face numerous challenges, and the lack of knowledge of the advantages of the Free Trade Agreement with EU, European Union’s legislation and regulations, lack of qualified labour force, low productivity represent just some of them. Study visits, promotion activities, etc. are scheduled within the project, Frunze added.
