Moldovan Ministry of Economy holds "Moldova Business Week" Forum in October

Chisinau, 6 September /MOLDPRES/ – The Ministry of Economy in cooperation with other state institutions, public and private partners will organize on 4-7 October this year, the fourth edition of "Moldova Business Week" Forum.
According to a press release from the ME's organizing committee of the event meeting on 6 September, Deputy Prime Minister Octavian Calmic, the Minister of Economy, stressed that the main purpose of the Forum is to improve the investment climate in Moldova, domestic and foreign companies’ partnership development, increase competitiveness and attract new foreign investments in the national economy.
"Moldova Business Week" Forum offers the opportunity of business representatives both from Moldova and abroad, based on a unique information platform, to discuss different issues and trends in the investment field, to inform potential investors about the facilities of Moldova, launch and developing a business etc.," mentioned the Minister of Economy.
Forum agenda includes a series of events aimed at Moldova's investment policies and facilities offered by authorities for business attracting and development, funding opportunities and business development etc. For the first edition of this year, based on business incubators in Singerei, Nisporeni and Stefan Voda will be organized events for representatives of small and medium companies in the regions in which will be presented support programs offered by the central authorities in collaboration with development partners.
Under this year's edition of "Moldova Business Week" will take place and "Pro Export Forum 2016" where the Organization of Investment and Export Promotion (MIEPO) will present opportunities to access new markets using techniques export promotion and access to finance through national and international programs in support of local economic agents etc.
Among the project partners are: MIEPO, Organization Sector Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (ODIMM), Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moldova, Business Association of Moldova, American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova, Tourism Agency, Project Advice of Government in Economic Reform, GIZ etc.
