Moldovan Defence Minister attends international defence industry exhibition in Poland

Chisinau, 6 September /MOLDPRES/ – Defence Minister Anatol Salaru participates on 5-7 September at the XXIVth edition of the international exhibition in the field of defence industry (MSPO-2016), which is held in Kilce, Poland.

According to a press release from the Ministry of Defence, MSPO is one of the most important exhibitions in the defense sector in Central Europe, in which representatives of specialized companies from 30 countries, including the US, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Israel, Japan, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The event program includes presentations of military technique and weapons of last generation, technologies and modern systems used in the logistics and security, but also seminars and conferences, where participants are familiarized with the latest developments in the defence industry segment.

In Poland, Salaru plans a meeting with his counterpart, Antoni Macierewicz. Officials will discuss the Moldovan-Polish cooperation in the military segment and partnership development prospects.
