Russian experts to inspect nurseries in Moldova

Chisinau, 13 September /MOLDPRES/ - A group of experts of Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, Rosselhoznadzor, today pays an inspection visit to nurseries in Moldova. Specialists from Russia, jointly with experts from Moldova, will inspect the condition of nurseries of fruit trees and vine seedlings for an eventual decision to extend export of seedlings to Russian farms.
According to a press release by the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA), the first working meeting of specialists of the Russian service and ANSA took place today. ANSA director-general Gheorghe Gaberi unveiled the situation in fruit growing and viticulture sectors, as well as in producing vine cuttings and seedlings of fruit trees.
The Russian specialists will stay ten days in Moldova, to pay more visits to the nurseries Selmax K and Floribel from Balti municipality, AMG-Kernel of Soroca, Gospodarul Rediu ifrom Falesti, Vitis in Cojusna and others.
