Moldovan PM attends meeting of CIS heads' council

Chisinau, 16 September /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Pavel Filip participates in a meeting of the council of presidents of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), held in Bishkek, the Kyrgyz Republic, on 16-17 September, the government’s communication and media relations department has reported.
The heads of CIS member states will approach a string of issues related to organizing the community’s activity and reorganization, so that to meet current needs in the region. At the same time, the officials will tackle cooperation in the economic and cultural sectors, as well as boosting collaboration in fighting cyber crimes.
Also, the premier will have a string of bilateral meetings with heads of CIS member states. The talks will focus on deepening the diplomatic relations, diversifying the trade exchanges and promoting Moldovan traditional products on partner country markets.
