Chisinau, 2 October /MOLDPRES/ - The leader of the Liberal Party (PL), Mihai Ghimpu, on 2 October started the electoral campaign for the presidential polls due on 30 October.

Mihai Ghimpu will be on the second position on the ballot paper and his electoral slogan is – „Uniți pentru Unire!” (United for Union!) .

At the official launch, held on the Union Square in Iasi, Romania, Mihai Ghimpu said that, in this campaign, PL would have a single project, the goal of which was the unification between the two states – Moldova and Romania.
