Moldovan president promulgates more laws

Chisinau, 4 October /MOLDPRES/- President Nicolae Timofti today signed decrees on promulgating more laws, the presidential press service has reported.

Thus, the following laws were promulgated:

- Law No 232 of 3 October 2016 on recovery and resolution of banks.

- Law No 233 of 3 October 2016 on amending and completing laws.

- Law No 234 of 3 October 2016 on single central depository of securities.

- Law No 235 of 3 October 2016 on issuance of state bonds for enforcing by the Finance Ministry of payment obligations derived from state guarantees No 807 of 17 November 2014 and No 101 of 1 April 2015.

- Law No 236 of 3 October 2016 on amending and completing state budget law for 2016 No 154 of 1 July 2016.

- Law No 237 of 3 October 2016 on amending state social insurance budget law for 2016 No 156 of 1 July 2016.

- Law No 238 of 3 October 2016 on amending law on mandatory health insurance funds for 2016 No 157 of 1 July 2016.
