Chisinau, 5 October /MOLDPRES/ – At the beginning of today's Executive meeting, Prime Minister Pavel Filip appealed to all government members to prove maximum openness to different types of problems alerted by citizens, the government’s communication and media relations department has reported.
He said that the dialogue is the key to any problem, and not for some just sit in the office and others stand in the street. "Sitting at one table and talk honestly with each other, which exact resolutions are. This may be a solution," said the head of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Pavel Filip invited ministers to engage themselves into the dialogue with citizens. "Very often, the solutions are very simple and take a better organization of things. Sometimes the solutions are more complicated because they need additional funding from the budget and then it is necessary to explain to people the situation and come with alternative solutions", said the head of the Executive.
The prime minister urged the authorities not to respond to challenges arising in this electoral period, but follow the honest desire to solve serious problems through dialogue. "There are some political groups who want to destabilize the situation in the country, dissatisfied with the government’s measures to move the country forward. They use people and lack of proper information, they send them to organize such challenges. We must ignore these things and try, as I said, to lean over the problems raised by the people," the prime minister said.
In the context, Pavel Filip informed that the World Bank announced on 5 October that claims ownership of the legislative package by the Government, particularly related to conversion into state debt of emergency loans. Those decisions were agreed with the International Monetary Fund.
