Moldovan deputy foreign minister meets Croatian envoy

Chisinau, 11 October /MOLDPRES/- Deputy Foreign and European Integration Minister Lilian Darii today met Ambassador of Croatia to Moldova, with residence in Bucharest, Davor Vidis, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry's information and media relations service has reported.
During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed a number of topics regarding the current stage and prospects of bilateral relations. The sides stressed the importance of boosting political dialogue and expanding economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.
In the context of Moldova’s rapprochement with the European Union, Darii said that Moldova relies on the support of Croatia. For his part, Vidis confirmed his country's full support for reforms and democratic transformations in the Republic of Moldova.
