Moldovan minibus involved in traffic accident in Romania

Chisinau, 11 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Foreign and European Integration Ministry (MAEIE) informs that six persons were wounded and one is dead, all Moldovan citizens, in the wake of a traffic accident which occurred in the settlement Comarna, Iasi county, Romania, the MAEIE information and media communication service has reported.
The driver of the minibus, heading to Italy from Moldova, reportedly failed to adapt the speed to the road conditions and lost control of the direction, overturning outside the roadway.
More victims were urgently carried by first-aid crews to the Sfantul Spiridon (St. Spiridon) County Emergency Hospital from Iasi. Moldova’s consul is on the spot and provides the needed support to the casualties.
