Moldovan ruling coalition council assesses current issues on political agenda

Chisinau, 13 October /MOLDPRES/- The Council of the ruling coalition (CCG) assessed the current issues on the political agenda, as well as the actions due to be taken subsequently at a meeting held on 11 October.
According to the CCG’s press service, the agenda included issues related to “organization of the Customs Service, EBRD credit for Railway state-owned enterprise and proposals as regards a better management of public finances in the country. During the talks, the participants asked continuing to fight smuggling, and the Customs Service to unveil a progress report in this regard,” a press release by the council reads.
The ruling coalition also approached the priorities for next plenary sessions of parliament. At the same time, it expressed support for the government, noting that “moment’s priority is to create all conditions for signing the agreement with IMF this autumn,” the same source said.
