Moldovan deputy premier meets ambassador of Spain

Chisinau, 19 October /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister Gheorghe Balan today received Bucharest-based Ambassador of Spain to Moldova Ramiro Fernandez Bachiller, the Bureau for Reintegration has reported.
The officials discussed aspects on the bilateral cooperation, political dialogue between Moldova and Spain, and also reviewed the main developments of the Transnistrian file. The sides stressed the need to exactly enforce the norms and principles of the international law in the process of identifying a comprehensive and lasting solution to the Transnistrian problem, by observing Moldova’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
In the context, the deputy prime minister stressed the ascendant dynamic of the Moldovan-Spanish relations. He described as opportune strengthening the process of promoting joint investment projects through exchange of advanced experience in sectors of mutual interest.
For his part, His Excellency Ramiro Fernandez Bachiller reiterated Spain’s willingness to back the European integration of Moldova, deepen the Moldovan-Spanish dialogue, in order to develop a sustainable partnership and support the carrying out of the government’s priorities in the field of Moldova’s reintegration policies.
