Chisinau, 25 October /MOLDPRES/ - The organization of an investment forum in Chisinau, with participation of the business environment from Austria, was the subject of a today’s meeting between President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Sergiu Harea and a trade adviser at the Austrian Embassy in Romania, Gerd Bommer.
In the context, according to the CCI press service, Gerd Bommer noted that the attraction of the business environment from Austria in Moldova by holding an investment forum would represent an important step in strengthening the bilateral economic cooperation relations.
For his part, Sergiu Harea named some of the projects organized in CCI in cooperation with Austria, stressing that “Moldova’s CCI has been cooperating with the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber for about 20 years. On this period, more economic missions have been organized, both in Austria and in Moldova. Also, the CCI president emphasized the importance to maintain the cooperation with the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), which brings special contribution to priority sectors of Moldova: consolidation of institutional capacities, vocational education, water supply, etc.
