Leader of European People's Party of Moldova uncertain about withdrawal from electoral race

The candidate of president of the European People's Party of Moldova (PPEM), Iurie Leanca has not made a decision whether remains or abandon the presidential race. The statement was made today at a press briefing.
"It took us by surprise the decision of the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM) candidate to withdraw from the presidential race in favour of the joint candidate of Partidul Demnitate si Adevar (the Party of Dignity and Truth) and Partidul Actiune si Solidaritate (the Party of Action and Solidarity), so tomorrow I shall be having meetings and consultations with representatives in the territory to take a final decision," Leanca said.
At the same time, the head of PPEM said he would consider the possible consequences of these decisions, because "with the announcement by Marian Lupu, changed many elements of all political barriers in the country and have occurred some new elements".
Today, the candidate for president from the Democratic Party of Moldova Marian Lupu announced his withdrawal from the presidential race in favour of the right block common candidate.
