Foreign ministry asks Italian authorities for data on Moldovans injured in earthquake

Chisinau, 30 October /MOLDPRES/- The Foreign and European Integration Ministry informed about a 6.6 magnitude earthquake struck Perugia region, Italy, on 30 October 2016, that the Moldovan Embassy in Rome and Consulates from Milano and from Padova had already requested information from the Italian authorities on eventual victims, citizens of Moldova. So far, no data registered as regards victims of Moldovans, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media relations service has reported.
The diplomatic missions will be in touch with the local authorities to find out all details, and are ready to provide consular assistance for Moldovan citizens.
