Moldovan PM votes in hope for new president "to work jointly with government"

Chisinau, 13 November /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Pavel Filip today voted for election of president. He voiced hope that new president would “work jointly with government”.
“I am here as I believe in Moldova’s chance and I believe very much in democracy. I want to congratulate citizens of the country for the fact that after today we will have a present elected by people. I hope new head of state will deny electoral rhetoric, and will work jointly with government, as we have elaborated very important reforms, due to be implemented in the interest of Moldovans”, Filip said.
Direct presidential elections take place in Moldova today. Over 68,000 voters – 2.42 per cent were present at the ballot boxes by 08:30.
