Register of engineering, technical infrastructure objects to be created in Moldova

Chisinau, 14 July /MOLDPRES/ - The infrastructure objects will be recorded in a register of engineering and technical infrastructure objects. The parliament adopted a draft law to this effect in the final reading today.    

Under the law, data on national and local roads, railways, airports, ports, electric networks, gas networks, aqueducts, sewerage networks, thermal networks, illumination networks, traffic lights, electric transport networks, irrigation, drying  systems and the oil production will be introduced in the new register.  

According to the draft’s authors, the new register will provide a single methodological basis of registration of engineering and technical infrastructure objects and titles on them. Also, the register will allow creating specialty cadastres according to single standards; creating a single database on engineering and technical infrastructure objects and titles on them; creating an open system of informing the real estate market about the placement of engineering and technical infrastructure objects and the interdictions imposed on the use of lands included in the zone of protection of objects.     

The register will be managed by the Cadastru (Cadastre) State Enterprise and five million lei will be necessary to work out this register.
