Chisinau, 1 September /MOLDPRES/- The government decision approving the regulations on the State Register of local documents was published today in the Official Journal of Moldova.

Under the document, the State Chancellery will have one month to create the State Registry of local documents. Also, the institution will be required to conclude contracts on services of technical director with the state enterprise “Special Telecommunications Centre”.

The government decision also sets that the local public authorities are to nominate persons responsible for registration and publication of local documents in the register. The second-level authorities will have three months and the first-level authorities – four months.

The document regulates the mechanism of registration, publication, keeping, recording and visualization of the documents of local public authorities of the first and second level on the informational platform State Register of local documents. At the same time, it establishes the procedure for the use and access of the local and central public authorities, the institution of representative of the government in the territory and all interested persons.
