Government of Moldova’s reforms appreciated by Slovakia

Chisinau, 14 September /MOLDPRES/ – Prime Minister, Pavel Filip, met with Ambassador of the Slovak Republic in Chisinau, Robert Kirnag, today, who ends his diplomatic mission in Moldova, the government's communication and protocol department has reported.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers thanked the Slovak diplomat for his work on deepening bilateral relations. "I want to remark that you have been among the most active and dynamic ambassadors in our country. You are a true friend of the Republic of Moldova," said Pavel Filip.
Similarly, the Prime Minister appreciated the constant support given by Slovakia to Moldova, noting that the Chisinau authorities further have relied on the Slovak support in implementing the reforms and improving the living conditions of Moldovan citizens.
The Slovak Ambassador to Moldova underlined that the Bratislava authorities appreciated the reforms promoted by the Government and were interested in Moldova being a stable and prosperous state.
"We want to help the Republic of Moldova, to share our experience, but the hardest work you have to do on your own. We can only support you in this process. Moldova will also remain in the list of the first three partner countries benefiting from financial and technical assistance from the Slovak Government in 2018," said Robert Kirnag.
During the meeting, the officials also had an exchange of views on the implementation of the reforms in Moldova, among them: government reform, modernization of the judiciary and the efficient management of the foreign assistance.
