Moldovan president congratulates over 100 distinguished ladies on occasion of International Women's Day

Chisinau, 4 March /MOLDPRES/ - President Igor Dodon congratulated over 100 distinguished ladies from Moldova – representatives of various professions from different districts, on the occasion of the International Women’s Day – 8 March, at the Presidency today, the presidential press service has reported.

The head of state conveyed them the best wishes in this beginning of spring, wishing them good health, happiness, warmth in hearts and in families. Also, as a token of appreciation of the special merits in the professional activity, for active civic position and contribution to the promotion of generally human values, Igor Dodon awarded these women the Honorary Diploma of Moldova’s President.

The Moldovan president said that he would continue supporting social programmes, promoting the family values, creating conditions for the self-assertion of women in all sectors.
