Chisinau, 11 March /MOLDPRES/- The individual employment contract could set the working conditions within a flexible work program. The provision is part of a project to amend the Labor Code of the Republic of Moldova, which was examined at the 11 March meeting of the parliamentary committee on social protection, health and family.
According to the project, flexible work schedules imply a different way of organizing the working time from the working regime within the unit.
It is proposed that the flexible work program be established by the employer, in agreement with the employee, upon his request, if this possibility is provided for in the individual employment contract or in the collective labor agreement or in the internal regulation of the unit.
Another amendment gives the employer the right to temporarily transfer the employee with written consent to another job within the same company, job retention base. At the same time, the employee who intends to adopt a child may request unpaid leave for up to 90 days. The project also provides for the establishment of the electronic register of employees, in the context of excluding workbooks.
The amendments are to be debated and voted by MPs.
