Four cases of COVID-19 confirmed in Moldova

Chisinau, 11 March /MOLDPRES/ - Infection with COVID-19 was confirmed in another person today afternoon and so the number of patients has reached four. Health, Labour and Social Protection Minister Viorica Dumbraveanu has made statements to this effect.
The minister noted that no child had been infected with Coronavirus so far. Dumbraveanu said that samples had been collected from another 13 suspects of Coronavirus and a test made for a patient hospitalized on 10 March was still under examination.
The minister demanded that the citizens observe the authorities’ recommendations, be responsible and avoid going to crowded places.
