New education, culture and research minister of Moldova introduced to staff

Chisinau, 17 March /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Ion Chicu today introduced new Education, Culture and Research Minister Igor Sarov to the staff of the ministry.
The PM wished the new minister success in his work, noting that the professionalism, competence and dedication of the new minister ‘’will contribute to the overcoming of all challenges in the fields of education, culture, research, youth and sport.’’ In the context, Chicu thanked the ministry’s team for dedication and involvement. The official stressed that the sectors of work of the Education, Culture and Research Ministry were quite important for Moldova and represented a priority of the government.
For his part, Igor Sarov thanked for the support provided and highlighted that he fully trusted the ministerial team. ‘’On this complicated period for Moldova, our efforts will be joined to overcome the situation emerged, through the working out of efficient policies, proceeding from the interest of children, pupils, students, as well as of the employees from the fields within the competence of the Education, Culture and Research Ministry,’’ the minister said.
Igor Sarov was sworn in the office of education, culture and research minister on 16 March.
