Chisinau, 20 March /MOLDPRES/ - The ministry, the State Chancellery and other institutions subordinated to the government will have another schedule of work, separately from the one of other institutions. Prime Minister Ion Chicu today made statements to this effect after a meeting of the National Commission for Emergency Situations.
„Starting from Monday, 23 March, the ministries, State Chancellery, other central administrative authorities subordinated to the government and the organizational structures within their field of competence will have a separate schedule of work,’’ Ion Chicu said.
According to the PM, the employees of these institutions will start the working day at 7:30 and will work till 16:00, with the dinner break from 12:00 till 12:30.
„The reason for this decision is to ease the passenger traffic, especially in the public transport, so that the public sector employees use the public transport in a different time from the one used by most residents, the private sector employees and other categories of the population,’’ Chicu specified.
On 17 March, the parliament approved the decision on the declaring of the state of emergency on the entire territory of Moldova, on the period 17 March – 15 May 2020.
