Chisinau, 26 March /MOLDPRES/- The decision to approve the technical concept on integrated management system in road transport will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 27 March.

The integrated management system (SMI) is an IT solution identified for computerization of business processes related to the activity of the National Road Transport Agency to optimize monitoring, regulation and development of road transport in Moldova.

According to the government decision, SMI will increase the transparency of the regulatory activity in the road transport, at the same time being a component part of electronic governance. As part of electronic governance, SMI is integrated with other state information systems.

The integrated management system in road transport is able to issue several categories of permits of the National Road Transport Agency.
