Chisinau, 26 March /MOLDPRES/- The technical concept of the automated information system Register of enforcement mandates (SIA RME) will be published in the Official Journal of Moldova on 27 March. Under the government’s decision, its implementation and development will be ensured by the State Tax Service.

Once final implementation of the system, the presentation of the enforcement mandates to the State Tax Service will be carried out exclusively via the Register of enforcement mandates.

The creation of the Registry is conditioned by the need to implement an information system that manages the entire flow of documents in the process of executing debt funds, based on public law provisions, and to provide a tool for managing the actions of the public authorities entitled to claim the right to execution and State Tax Service, and at the same time, to make it possible statistics reporting effectively.

"The general impact of the SIA RME will be the implementation of a modern solution for collaboration, management and automation of the workflows and the circulation of documents, creation of an electronic archive of all documents within executing the money claims based on legal provisions, improving the quality of information, including relevance, integrity, timeliness, accuracy, accessibility, comparability, coherence, in order to provide a higher quality service and to make the decision-making process more transparent and faster ”, the government decision reads.

The implementation of SIA RME will reduce the general expenses as it will increase the workflow in electronic format, which will significantly decrease the use of paper and office supplies, as well as improve the quality and enhancing the diversity of means of interinstitutional communication.
