Chisinau, 26 March /MOLDPRES/ - The Commission for Emergency of Moldova today evening took more restrictive measures valid during the state of emergency, including of maximal limiting of the citizens’ movement, both at night and during the day.
According to the Commission, starting from 27 March, the presence with groups of more than three persons will be banned, except for the family members. At the same time, any going outdoors at night, without a plausible reason and urgent need, will be prohibited.
Also, any person who is outdoors is obliged to have the identity card or any act confirming the identity on him/her.
„These are severe, unpleasant measures, but they are necessary in the emerged situation; therefore, each citizen must be ready to prove his/her identity upon authorities’ demand and give explanations on the reason for leaving the home,’’ Prime Minister, head of the Commission Ion Chicu said.
On the period of the state of emergency (17 March – 15 May 2020), the instructions by the Commission for Emergency Situations are compulsory and executory for the heads of the central and local public administration authorities, economic agents, public institutions, as well as for the citizens and other people who stay in Moldova.
