Appeal by Moldova's Delegation to Joint Control Commission

Chisinau, 1 April /MOLDPRES/ - Given the unilateral actions of Tiraspol representatives, who have illegally strengthened the infrastructure of the ‘’control posts’’ in the perimeter of the Security Zone under the pretext of managing the state of emergency regime, Moldova’s Delegation to the Joint Control Commission (JCC) formulated an appeal, thereby demanding that the Transnistrian component instructs immediate measures, in order to unlock the work of the military observers and unconditionally remove all obstacles set in an unauthorized way and abusively, with the informing of the heads of the JCC delegations, as well as the representatives of Ukraine and OSCE in the Commission in a short term, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.
Also, the Moldovan delegation intervened to all participants in JCC with a demand to take all possible efforts, in order to liquidate the infringements fixed, not allow them in the long run, as well as to establish mechanisms of efficient cooperation of the Joint Peacekeeping Forces, in strict accordance with the provisions of the framework documents of the peacekeeping mission at Dniester.
