Over 15,000 Moldovans repatriated in recent weeks

Chisinau, 22 April /MOLDPRES/- So far, 130 missions have been organized to repatriate Moldovan citizens from abroad, and over 15,324 people have arrived home. Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Oleg Țulea made the statement today.

Out of 130 repatriation missions, 40 were by air and 90 by land. He said that the Commission for Emergencies has already approved flight schedule for the following days. Thus, a flight from London, tomorrow from Milan and Moscow will be operated. On 24 April - from Paris and Nice, and on 25 April - from Moscow and Barcelona.

He noted that charter flights from London, Paris, Milan, Moscow, Dublin will be operated next week. "We are working to organize a flight from the USA repatriate citizens", Țulea said.
