Chisinau residents can report online appearance of ragweed

Chisinau, 14 May /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau residents can intervene to point out on an online map appearance of ragweed.

The municipal enterprise Green Areas Management Association has worked out a digital map of the areas of ragweed in the capital.

The map shows data from the sectors of Chisinau municipality where outbreaks of ragweed were identified.

So far, the municipal services have intervened through works to combat ragweed with chemical solutions on an area of 5 ha in Ciocana and Botanica districts, including Valea Trandafirilor Park.
