INSTRUCTION No 29 of Moldova's Commission for Emergency Situations from 14 May 2020

Chisinau, 14 May /MOLDPRES/ - In accordance with the Article 22 from the Law No 212/2004 on the regime of state of emergency, of siege and war, Article 2 of the Parliament Decision No 55/2020 on the declaring of the state of emergency, points 6, 7, 8 and 9 from the Regulation of the Moldova’s Commission for Emergency Situations, approved under the Government Decision No 1340/2001, Moldova’s Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE),
INSTRUCTS:
1. The quarantine regime is ceased in the Talmaza village, Stefan Voda district, as of 15 May 2020 and in the Stefan Voda town starting from 16 May 2020.
2. The following goods are exempted from customs duties, taxes for customs procedures and value added tax (VAT):
2.1. the consignment of protection equipment (10,500 visors), provided by the government of Lithuania as donation to Moldova’s government and which is to be distributed to the public medical and sanitary institutions, delivered through a flight by a airship of Lithuania’s Armed Forces, organized on 14 May 2020;
2.2. a consignment of 40,000 compressed tablets of HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE SULFATE, 200 mg concentration, provided by the company Sandoz Pharmaceuticals d.d (Slovenia) as donation fort the needs of the public medical and sanitary institutions from Moldova (receiver of the “Dita Estfarm” S.R.L company), offered based on the contract on donation concerning the providing of the Product (specifically non-addressed to a category of patients), according to the request received from institutions or government, in the context of COVID-19, of which the company Sandoz Pharmaceuticals d.d (Slovenia) and the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry of Moldova.
3. The point 5 from the Instruction No 28 from 12 May 2020 of Moldova’s Commission for Emergency Situations is changed as follows: the syntagm DUBAI – LARNACA - CHIȘINĂU will have the following version: DUBAI – LARNACA – ATENA – CHIȘINĂU”.
4. The charter flight ZURICH – TIRANA – CHIȘINĂU ZURICH, operated by the Traide Air company, is authorized for the repatriation of Moldova’s citizens on 14 May 2020.
5. The non-observance of the provisions/measures established by Moldova’s Commission for Emergency Situations, represents danger for the public health and will serve as reason for calling the guilty people to contravention/criminal account.
6. The present Instruction enters into force starting the moment of its issuance and is published on the government’s official webpage.
