Markets in Chisinau, Balti to be open from 1 June

Chisinau, 26 May /MOLDPRES/- Markets in Chisinau and Balti will resume activity starting with 1 June according to Decision No12 of the National Public Health Commission (CNESP).

"The activity of the commercial markets throughout Moldova will be carried out in accordance with the Instruction on measures to prevent COVID-19 infection in the commercial markets", the document says.

Thus, the markets will operate only provided that the social distance is respected; compliance with the distance between places of trade of at least two meters; monitoring the health of traders and employees.

Failure to comply with the public health measures set out in the CNESP decision is danger to public health and will serve as a basis for the prosecution of contravention and / or criminal liability.
